Chuck did an amazing job. I scheduled within minutes for just two days after my call, IN SPRING. He stopped by to double check that he’d be able to clean both my area rugs and my screen porch carpeting so I wouldn’t have to waste my time prepping them in case he couldn’t. He showed up on the dot for his appointment. He was in and out in under an hour, and I am pretty sure my carpets didn’t arrive from the store this clean! The smell is amazing.
