NEMR — Local services in Green City

You will not find service (internet service or customer service) that is as good as NEMR.

We had NEMR for years when we lived in Putnam County and I can't remember a single time that our internet went down for any period of time during the many years that we had their services. The speeds were also amazing both up and down... and we had the half-gig plan.

When we moved to Kirksville, we knew that we wanted NEMR to be our service provider. They came out and installed the box into our home the first business day after we moved in. And then - I accidentally hit the wire/box with my vacuum last night and our internet stopped working. I called at 8am this morning to let them know our internet was down and someone arrived at our house 20 minutes later and had it fixed in 5 minutes.

I was extremely surprised when the guys showed up several hours earlier than what they were even scheduled for. They did an incredible job and got me hooked up way out in the country in a matter of no time. I can now enjoy the 5G experience way out in the country. I very seldom leave any kind of reviews or responses to things however in this case an outstanding job was down in an outstanding amount of time I tip my hat to NEMR if your responsive to everyone else as you have been to me then you are top notch in customer service. thank...

I recently built a small home near Novinger and contacted NEMR about providing service. They evaluated the task when the building was framed in and provided the entry into the house. Based upon my completion schedule they layed fiber optic cable from the nearest connection to the house which was a substantial distance. Then as soon as the house was done they came out and finished the install to provide WIFI and connect the Cat 6 cable I had installed. Everybody i spoke to or provided work was top notch! ...
