He even brought the paperwork to me an hour away to sign. My tractor was full of fuel when I received it which I thought was very customer friendly and brought to me in a timely manner. When dealing with their service department, Dillon and the crew made it seem as a priority to get me up and running in a prompt manner and even came to the farm for maintenance. The absolute worst service department I ever witnessed. Jeff was not very nice to work with.brought the tractor back only partly repaired. No paperwork for repairs until I asked then he made up an inflated invoice. Didn't fill with hydraulic fluid, no diesel fuel but gauge read full. Parts put on crooked. I mentioned quite a few things to him and he said he didn't notice them, isn't that his job. Some parts aren't even for my tractor. The headlight bezel was crooked and not installed properly. Left oil all over side of engine. Didn't want to see the pics I took of the problems. I will find a new service department from now on. Very...
