I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 3. I have had mixed feelings about this company recently. My last experiences were hit or miss. I used AAA Service Network 4 times. First time they were AWESOME, second time they were good, but they didn’t address the issue completely which led to my problem with the AC today. Third time they just assessed a problem, and last time they sucked, but they tried to make up for the issues they created. As an example: today I needed to repair again my AC!!! If the AAA Service Network technicians would clean our AC in April, I wouldn’t need to spend another 200$ to fix our AC again. This is on top of the problems I have had with my dishwasher I bought from them. So, I will think 3 times before I will call them back! To sum up: one time out of 4 they were great!!! Old reviews: Great service, amazing technicians!!! The customer service can be better, but the problem was professionally solved by the technicians, therefore I kept the 5 stars review. Thank you Hazen Smith and your team guy for your great work!!! This is my second time working with AAA Service Network. Technicians are AWESOME and they DO GREAT JOB!!! On the other hand I didn’t enjoy talking with the AI , scheduling this appointment. Also, my experience with customer service today was not pleasant. I don’t understand why somebody needs to constantly confirm an appointment. I almost lost my appointment today because I didn’t have the phone with me to reconfirm the appointment. Why do I need to reconfirm an appointment that I already confirmed? Anyway, I thank the technicians again for fixing my AC issue. my last review It was not super cheap, but it was well worth it!!! Thank you, Matt and all the customer service staff!!!!

Great! Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. They were very thorough and took the extra time to explain in detail why my unit (Furnace) was failing. It was in line with what I already knew. Cody the lead installer had been installing the Carrier furnace I selected for over 11 years. He took detailed notes about the wiring and didn't have any trouble rewiring the new unit. He had some great music we all enjoyed while he worked. His partner Nick was proactive and just a nice young man. He and Cody made a seamless team. After they were finished they cleaned everything up. My hats off to Lance the original rep who diagnosed the concern and the speedy way they got a great team out to fix it. You're all the best!

Bad plumbing experience twice with this company. Have had to have them return to correct their mistakes several times. Last service person here this a.m. left the water turned off. How does one check for possible leaks without turning the water on. They have not returned as of 2 p.m. Serviceman says carpet where water leak is is completely dry, not so. Am trying to go out of town, difficult to do without water to wash with. Will send pictures of wet carpet. Too bad it took me 2 experiences & over $6,000 to learn my lesson. I checked with BBB and found out they are not an accredited business. That speaks for itself.

Great! Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. They were very thorough and took the extra time to explain in detail why my unit (Furnace) was failing. It was in line with what I already knew. Cody the lead installer had been installing the Carrier furnace I selected for over 11 years. I was a AAA service customer going on 10 years until recently, they’ve always helped me out and were there normally next day when I called for help. Stellar service and a great organization, I’m saddened to say I won’t be anymore now. My AC unit AAA installed is now broke after 3 years, when I called to schedule a tech to come out I’m greeted by a AI bot and that’s the only person you can speak too. The AI will tell you they are booked two weeks out regardless of the situation and you can’t talk to a human. I’d like AAA to fix the unit since they installed it but every time I called I get an AI bot that tells me that’s the best timeline they have and I can’t speak to someone since they aren’t available. I whole heartedly believe AAA is busy since it’s the literal heat of summer which I understand. What makes me mad is an owner at AAA decided they needed to save on payroll and fired the people that answer the phones and hired a cheaper AI which is now pushing away their business. I’m happy with the fact the owners get to relish in their decision. I’m going to a competitor which answers the phone and doesn’t have an AI programmed to hard stop customers that want to speak to a human. Thanks for all the years of Great service AAA, I’m sorry to see it end this way. I hope Dane your AI can draw in new business instead now after it tells them they can’t...

I was in search of having a heat pump water heater installed and AAA confirmed to me that they could accomplish this. A person came out to quote, but did not quote me a heat pump water heater until after his visit when I had to specifically ask for it. I tried confirm the model number with the sales rep, but the installers showed up with a different model in a lower class. I chose to move ahead with the install because it is still tax credit eligible. The installers were very nice and professional, and truthfully did a good job. The invoice I was given did not include the model number. I reached out afterwards and was told they could not provide an invoice with the model number and were only able to provide a screenshot from their system.

I reached out to the company to have some other work done (non-emergency) and was told I would be charged a $90 dispatch fee. When I asked if that fee would be applied to the job I was told no, so I asked for the appointment to be cancelled. They then offered to remove $20, which I also declined. They then offered to waive the fee.

It's sad because their work was done really well, and I was hoping to find a company with great customer service. Unfortunately, I'm...
