Iām changing my review from 5 stars to 3. I have had mixed feelings about this company recently. My last experiences were hit or miss. I used AAA Service Network 4 times. First time they were AWESOME, second time they were good, but they didnāt address the issue completely which led to my problem with the AC today. Third time they just assessed a problem, and last time they sucked, but they tried to make up for the issues they created. As an example: today I needed to repair again my AC!!! If the AAA Service Network technicians would clean our AC in April, I wouldnāt need to spend another 200$ to fix our AC again. This is on top of the problems I have had with my dishwasher I bought from them. So, I will think 3 times before I will call them back! To sum up: one time out of 4 they were great!!!

This is my second time working with AAA Service Network. Technicians are AWESOME and they DO GREAT JOB!!! On the other hand I didnāt enjoy talking with the AI , scheduling this appointment. Also, my experience with customer service today was not pleasant. I donāt understand why somebody needs to constantly confirm an appointment. I almost lost my appointment today because I didnāt have the phone with me to reconfirm the appointment. Why do I need to reconfirm an appointment that I already confirmed?
Anyway, I thank the technicians again for fixing my AC issue.

Stellar service and a great organization, Iām saddened to say I wonāt be anymore now. My AC unit AAA installed is now broke after 3 years, when I called to schedule a tech to come out Iām greeted by a AI bot and thatās the only person you can speak too. The AI will tell you they are booked two weeks out regardless of the situation and you canāt talk to a human. Iād like AAA to fix the unit since they installed it but every time I called I get an AI bot that tells me thatās the best timeline they have and I canāt speak to someone since they arenāt available. I whole heartedly believe AAA is busy since itās the literal heat of summer which I understand. What makes me mad is an owner at AAA decided they needed to save on payroll and fired the people that answer the phones and hired a cheaper AI which is now pushing away their business. Iām happy with the fact the owners get to relish in their decision. Iām going to a competitor which answers the phone and doesnāt have an AI programmed to hard stop customers that want to speak to a human. Thanks for all the years of Great service AAA, Iām sorry to see it end this way. I hope Dane your AI can draw in new business instead now after it tells them they canāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in search of having a heat pump water heater installed and AAA confirmed to me that they could accomplish this. A person came out to quote, but did not quote me a heat pump water heater until after his visit when I had to specifically ask for it. I tried confirm the model number with the sales rep, but the installers showed up with a different model in a lower class. I chose to move ahead with the install because it is still tax credit eligible. The installers were very nice and professional, and truthfully did a good job. The invoice I was given did not include the model number. I reached out afterwards and was told they could not provide an invoice with the model number and were only able to provide a screenshot from their system.
I reached out to the company to have some other work done (non-emergency) and was told I would be charged a $90 dispatch fee. When I asked if that fee would be applied to the job I was told no, so I asked for the appointment to be cancelled. They then offered to remove $20, which I also declined. They then offered to waive the fee.
