[ ] Very discouraged with Ace Hardware, went to get my bottles of propane filled up and the kid there said he could not fill them because he could not see the resertification date. The resertification date was stamped and it is hard to see but I could clearly see it he said he did not feel comfortable. I have been a loyal customer for Ace Hardware for 50 plus years in this little community and like supporting local businesses. I am so disappointed in Ace Hardware and I'd like to tell them that they have lost a loyal customer. Because I will never buy anything...
   Read moreI noticed a special purchase, DeWalt bit package, out of place, in the mechanics isle. At least 3, ace employees, walked past me, starring. A 4 rep, approached me, asked if I needed any help, I sat the bit set in the lower shelf, and explained I found it in the isle, I asked if they were on a monthly promotional special. The ace rep. Bent down, looked at the tag, and told me that was the price, 39.99. Even after I explained, I sat them there, this mf wasn't smart enough to even sku check, lol. Did I need help? Not as badly as the red vest...
   Read moreYes the power was out, but they follow you around like you are gonna steal something. Then you ask them to cut a piece of pvc and they can't do it because they have no power. I suggest that they use one of the pvc cutters in the store, and they tell me I can buy one and cut it myself.
Worst customer service out there. Go to Bomgars, way cheaper and way better...
