First time here to get a passport for our baby. Beyond impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of this location. It was clean not overly packed. Get in line virtually with your phone and a QR code. Instructions were clearly explained and Alisa was so helpful and kind. She complimented our parenting and she played with our daughter when taking her picture so she would smile for her passport photo. They had a boppy for her to sit in and toys. One book she get to keep which entertained her on the drive home. It is a bit out of the way for us coming from Boca but man was it worth it. Would’ve taken so so so much longer doing photos at Walgreens and going to the post office. Highly recommend coming here for passport needs. Especially if it’s for a baby. Hopefully you get...

PASSPORTSI FULLY RECOMMEND YOU TO CALL BEFORE GOING TO THE APPT TO HAVE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING READY. DOCUMENTS AND FEES TO PAY. *You can walk in and take a number to be seen. BE AWARE, there is a line of people standing there since 6am. I’ve got a ticket at 8am and there were already 56 people ahead of me. Sometimes at 11am there are no more numbers available. *Bring your own passport pictures. They charge $15 for them when it’s only $3 in a CVS. *Payments only money orders or checks. NO CARD OR CASH.

Definitely should be better quality knowing I work with government, it's a bit sloppy based on given information on this and the website, had to take two trips to complete the actual application because there was NO INFORMATION on was the money orders for, how much it should be. Once arrived, it's based on a meat deli ticket machine, first come first serve.
