I picked up two blueberry plants from them and they were great and helpful at the time. I stuck them in the ground and they died a month later. I did everything exactly as I was suppose to. Added some fertilizer (acidic kind) watered lightly and made sure it had full sun and kept the grass away from the roots. I emailed them twice and they ignored both emails. So I called and they did not care that they died at all. This is the first place that has done this to me. I have fruit 10 trees my the backyard that I bought from different places and I had one die and the place I bought it from replaced that tree free of charge no questions asked. I showed him the tree and he said yup it has a fungus, "Here's another tree and I'm sorry that one died." Excalibur Fruit Trees does not care if they sell you a tree that has a fungus and it dies because they won't replace it. If you buy it, you cannot return it. Do not buy from them because every other place you buy from will have a return policy in case it does have a fungus or is sick. You don't know what you are buying and you want to be sure they will be honest and caring in return. I should have known better not to waste my money on these two plants. It was $50 for two plants. Insane. The kicker about this place is that they don't even realize the business they just lost due to the fact that I know a few people who planned on buying at least 20 different fruit trees (Possibly more) and I already advised them not to. I guess if you don't want to be fair and treat your costumers fairly, you will lose out and they lost out in this case. I will refer every person I talk to to a...
Read more31 reviews 5.0 star rating 8/22/2017 WooHoo to the whole new level! Tropical paradise on 18 acres of gorgeous land. I read some reviews that the stuff seemed to be less then friendly. Here is my experience: Yes, I do agree there was no standard American wide, white teeth smile and standard "how are you?" and yes I was fast in and fast out of the place, even thou I wanted to hang out. I did not take it as being rude, I took it as everyone was very busy taking care of the plants, land, fruits, customers, etc... CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5 star. I may not get the standard American approach, but what I did get a highly professional Spanish lady, named Minga, who was very diligent, fast in operations, who did not waste any of my time and "Oh, Boy, did she knew her trees?! Read moreI went to this nursery hoping that some great experience will come out of it. I am Indian, and 36 years old. I was told by the gentleman who showed us around in an "animated' Indian voice that, Indian people call to ask for "curry mango". Sir if you ever get to read this review, I want to tell you just because we eat curry, does not mean we eat curry mango to. Never before in my life I have heard of a mango called curry mango, and mind you I am authentic Indian, born and bought up in India. I was told that India is a crazy country because we eat beetle nut, and beetle nut causes cancer. Sir, I am a nurse also, so for your knowledge, beetle nut does not causes cancer, tobacco that is eaten along with beetle nut causes cancer. And just because we are Indian, all of us do not talk in same accent. We are a culture of multiple languages, and dialects. Which explains our different accent. So, I might come from a poor country with outdoor toilets, but we are hard working enough, and intelligent enough to make it all the way to USA on basis of our education. If you do not believe me, please fell free to go down the directory of a hospital, and you will see how many of the doctors are Indians. Computer engineers, nurses, and everything else that you can think of. To put it nicely, please stop being "culturally...
