We received several "quotes" for the services we required (mounting two 85" TVs and configuring and wiring an AV system for each). Hangman Audio Video was not the least expensive, but certainly on the way lower side of the price spectrum. So they have very, very reasonable pricing. As they analyzed the myriad of existing wiring and devices of our new system, they thoughtfully suggested ways we could actually SAVE money on the install without sacrificing our audio video goals! (Where others suggested we buy integrated "control systems" which required "programming" and a dependency of frequent "service calls", HAV told us with the existing remotes and the type of devices we had.. that it was really not necessary. They could have easily recommended an expensive "master control" system which would have costed at least $800 more.) Everything they promised they delivered, from showing up at the pre-arranged booking time to professional installation and followup. After they finished and cleaned up, we had a "hiccup" and they personally answered the phone when we called after six pm, came out the very next day and fixed the issue. I set up my own home theater exercise room, and was have some connection issues. My sub woofer was also not working, so i bought a new one that i had not even opened hoping that Ryan could fix the old one. I searched the internet to find a company to fix everything as i was very frustrated. I called two other company's first and they were supposed to get back to me on Monday 8/3/2020. They never called back and its now Thursday 9/6/2020. Luckily i called Hangman Audio around 10:30 am on Monday. Ryan answered the phone (imagine that, no recording or automated system). He was pleasant, knowledgeable, very accommodating, and could have seen me that day since he had an opening. Instead we made an appointment for the next day at 4:00 pm. He followed up that day to confirm with an email and text. He was at my house on time and was taking off his shoes before walking in, not necessary, but i appreciated his respect for my home. He fixed my sub and set everything up to make using the system easier. Ryan was on time, very customer service oriented and was easy to do business with, professional and fairly priced. I cannot say enough great things about Hangman Audio. This is my second time using them and they were the first company I used in Florida two and a half years ago. They set the bar high and I always say no company can ever compare to them with the service and competency I recently brought them back for a few issues and like before they were brilliant. George and Matthew came to my place and figured out the issue with my audio (not Hangman’s problem as it was a Yamaha system that died that I got from Costco.) This time, I am getting the audio system from them and they will do the install for me when I get back from a work trip from LA. They also figured out an issue I had with my Alexa that none of us could figure out and helped me with a wifi issue.

They are the only audio company I trust and their service is always first class. They know what they are doing and run an organized family business. Johnnie and Ryan are both class acts, the owners, and they truly are incredibly responsive with the nicest, smartest employees too.
