Boltz Steel Furniture — Local services in Greenbrier

A one star is the last thing I want to give this company however it's the only way I could post the review. I see some of you are that are a few months in the waiting. Let me share that I am currently 10 MONTHS with no product and only a response from some girl named Heather that claims she has reached out to accounting and management and absolutely NOTHING. THE LAST THING I want at this point is a piece of Boltz furniture in my house, however I sure as hell want my money they owe me for the product I ordered 10 months ago. It looks like this is going to come down to a fraudulent buisness claim to the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Arkansas Attorney General. This company is clearly fraudulent and the rest of the reviewers could consider the same approach. This buisness is run by people that are inadequate clearly and could care less about taking care of the client. If everything they need is back ordered then they should have plenty time to refund my money. Perhaps there is no accounting department, perhaps there is no customer service, perhaps there is no manager. Perhaps there isn't even a buisness. I ordered their CD-1200 storage rack on 1/14/22. The good: I love this rack and would like to buy more (5 stars). The bad: It took 4 months to finally ship (minus 2 stars). Unfortunately, reading the reviews here, it looks like the supplier issues excuse, with ridiculously long shipping times, is still a problem 3 years later. Sounds like the problems with this company have more to do with management than with their suppliers. I guess I got lucky. I was going to order their MM-504 DVD floor storage rack, but I think it would be wise to look elsewhere. :(

UPDATE: As of July 3, 2025, the Arkansas Attorney General has filed suit against Boltz Steel Furniture for violating the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Consumers from across the United States purchased furniture from Boltz but never received it. Made an order from Boltz last year, November 10, 2022 and to this day have note received what I ordered - today being August 2, 2023. Have made several attempts to find out what is going on and told it was employees out with Covid, supply chain issue, the machine that makes some of the parts is broke and etc. Been emailing back and forth with a person named Heather who seems to be helpful but really just getting the run a round. Finally informed Heather to cancel the order which she said they would do and to give them 5 to 7 days which has passed. Contacted my credit card company hoping they can reverse the charge but at this point I feel I am probably out of luck. No one from Boltz answers the phone so guessing they are out of business, which if so they should take their website down so no one else makes an order and loses their money as well.
