I have been there before last year. Liked what I saw so I came back today looking for birthday presents for my daughter. I will NOT be back. I was the only customer in there at the time and the 2 employees working on the floor LITERALLY stalked me and followed my EVERY step like I was a thief. I am a 62 year old woman who has never stolen anything in my life. Both of these employees followed me from room to room just randomly touching items like they were busy. It was obvious what they were doing. I was SO offended. I have worked in retail before and I realize employees have to keep an eye on things. But this was so BLANTANTLY obvious what they were doing. I absolutely love this store and look forward to coming here when I camp at turkey run every fall. But this time when I went, there was one employee who followed me around the entire store as if I were trying to steal. A friend of mine who tagged along even agreed saying the woman followed me closely the whole time I was shopping. I picked up bath bombs and not even seconds later the employee grabbed them from me and goes “I’ll just set those up front for you”. Didn’t ask, just grabbed them from me and kept following me around. I’ve worked in retail for years, I get you want to avoid theft if possible. I called the store Friday afternoon and placed an order for decorative stone to be delivered to my home. This was my first order ever with them. Angie took my order and processed my credit card. The stone was scheduled to be delivered Saturday at 11am. Jessie (sp?) arrived with the stone at 10:55 and dumped it where I wanted it. The entire transaction was easy and accurate. When I need more stone, I will use them again with no hesitation.
