I’ve never bought a brand new bike before. Last year I bought a 2024 MT-07. The sales guy said it was just built from the crate , it only had 3 miles on it. I had done my research and this was the bike I wanted. I didn’t test ride it. I wish I would have though because it would have been the first warning sign. The sales guy and finance guy were great, loaded my bike up and trailer it home since the weather was not favorable for riding. We had a nice clear day so I took the bike out for a ride. The chain was so loose it was slapping against the swing arm. The clutch cable was not adjusted. The exhaust nuts came loose. This is a bike they put an inspection sticker on. The bike was for my wife who wouldn’t have even know about these safety issues. Owning bikes my whole life I’m able to perform some of my own repairs. I adjusted the chain so I could safely ride the bike, I tighten the exhaust bolts, and took some of the slack out of the clutch cable. I called explaining what happened, due to my busy schedule they reluctantly came to my house to pick up the bike only after threatening to call the state police for a fraudulent inspection sticker. When I picked up the bike they wanted to charge me over 100 dollars because “ they had an hour in it “. They would not release the bike to me unless I paid. The guy at the counter finally gave me my keys. One of my concerns was even after they adjusted the clutch is that when it was in first gear with the clutch pulled in it would still lurch forward when you increase the RPMs. Their response was “ it just need to be broken in, just ride it, it will get better.” 2 months later I receive a letter in the mail from Yamaha for a recall on the clutch. Describing the exact same issue I was having and Yamaha states to not even ride the bike to the dealer for repairs. Unbelievable incompetence. I took my Bike to another dealer for the recall. No one cares, no one took responsibility. I’ll never step foot in this location again or recommend...
Read moreAwful. Changing this review from a 5 star down to a 1 star. My wife and I drove up and purchased a 2010 Street Glide CVO. I paid FULL ticket price at what they were asking. (Roughly $17,000) I didn’t try to wheel and deal or anything because they weren’t being pushy and I felt ok with the price. Now fast track, not even THREE WEEKS LATER. I am having issues in my engine that is very bad. The top end seems it is starving for oil, and The Harley is running VERY rough. I have only rode this bike 3-4 times with less than 300 miles I’ve put on this bike and it is having serious engine issues. I called the Saleman who we got the bike off of (Robo), and I explained to him what was going and and if I was to bring the bike up, if there was some sort of grace period or something, that they would fix it. I was basically told “Your Loss, it’s a used bike”. Well I could see that on a $1,500 or $3,000 bike, but a bike that I purchased LESS THAN 3 weeks ago, and put very little miles on is having such terrible issues and possibly may have to get the motor completely rebuilt for a bike I paid $17,000 For. I don’t want a new bike, hell, I love the bike. But they won’t make it right. All they said was, well you can bring it up here, and if there is something wrong we will give you a bit of a discount on the service that will be getting done. That is REDICULOUS, because there shouldn’t be any service needed in the first place! I was guaranteed that they completely went over the bike before purchase, complete inspection top to bottom by their mechanics, and the bike ran like a top. NEVER BUY A MOTORCYCLE HERE. Once you give them money and are out the door, they will treat you like trash on the side...
Read morethis was the worst experience I have ever had with any type of vehicle, Beware get the hell away. I took my motorcycle there on June 8th and got it back today July 13th, all that i was getting done was an ignition switch and they not only screwed me on the service side, they charged me$1100+ and then bargained down to $850.01. I was told by Gary that my bike would be ready and clean. It looked like it had been in storage for a month, they charged me for troubleshooting that they didn't know and then the price was more when I got there. I have a witness for all conversations with Gary and the pick up. i don't wanna see ya, i want the owner to take some responsibility and stop ripping people off. He could call me back and refund me some money for having to wait so long and the excuses were ridiculous. They don't know what they are doing and I am usually a very patient and friendly person,BUT THEY WERE AND ARE AWFUL. I would give them less than a star, but it is not possible. Just a cruddy business. The owner never took responsibility, the staff was a sham, the only thing that was good about this experience is that the young lady answering the phone could tell how much of a debacle this was because she put me in everybody's voice mail and knew how many times I had called. They should remove customer service, customer satisfaction and anything else that deals with the customer from their repertoire. "I wanna see ya in a customer oriented business" so stop what you're doing, go to another business and watch how people get trained to provide customer service, how people are trained to work on equipment and actually know what they are doing and then and only then...Don't go back...
