Big thumbs down! Worst customer service ever! They do no exchanges with receipts even. Trish was so rude to my daughter when she was there. They claim to be a Christian faith local business too!! I talked with Manager directly, complained about Trish and how we was treated , that I wouldn't be back! She TOLD me to come back and she would make it right and do a cash refund and for a gift card that my daughter had since I wasn't going back so I agreed. IMy son and I went there, and took the item with receipt in and after waiting a bit at counter got told by same Manager, that she talked with the "Owner"and discussed it and that they will not take the item back after all. Said it was "discolored"a little tiny place on bottom, but earlier it was supposedly because it was 2 days after the return policy !!. lol . this place does not know what they're doing ! Please beware.. Dishonesty is their best policy unfortunately.and to beat it all, She, the Manager is my son's nurse!!. Lol..Wow...That's going to be lovely at his Drs appts , isn't it?...lol...I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. Pray...

So. I bought a pair of boots from the store. I wear a 10 and they were in a 10 so I didn't think to try them on considering I live 5 mins up the road and thought they were a good business. Got home, tried on the boots and they're too narrow. Went to RETURN them and was given a gift card instead of money back. Was told that it's store policy even though I didn't see it posted in the store nor was I told until after the purchase. Rest assured I will NEVER shop there again. If you read their "return policy" it reads as if it is an actual return. False. Only at the end does it specify exchange for a gift card and not...

Purchased two items at the apple festival. Tags attached clearly state exchanges within 10 days for store credit. I drove an hour to exchange. I had receipt, tags attached, etc. They would not exchange the items. Ashley informed me items purchased outside the store like that are not eligible. That was not disclosed and the tags clearly state otherwise, I’ve always been so impressed with this store and their customer service. I’ve been shopping with them for years but...
