Old Stage Wash House — Local services in Greeneville

Very nice and clean calm place I sit there for hours one night while i took my time to wash just a load or two but was living in my cold car during winter along with my two small house dogs who are my babies. My world. And I just took the extra time and didn't rush to go back out in the cold used the very clean restroom and at a point or two I went back to my car for 15 mins or so if a few other customers happened to enter and that was just out of respect on my behalf for them and the owner as well... Anyhow point being is was a safe warm calm quite and clean.... VERY clean laid back environment along with a sparkling amazingly clean restroom as well as multiple different drink machines and snack machines in the lobby area with a decent selection to choose from only thing closest to a disagreement I feel or have with this place is their drinks and snacks pretty much for the Most part need to be just a tad bit not as pricey as 60_70 percent of think snacks or snack cakes and chips and goodies... Most are just a tiny bit...

I've been coming here for a few months now at least once a week, often twice. I've spent a lot of money here and have now been waiting on a refund for a month for a machine that went out while my clothes were still in it. I've been in contact with the woman who handles that part and at one point said she had gotten busy because her daughter got married one weekend but hadn't forgot. I said congratulations and thank you for remembering. Still have not received the refund. Texted her again this evening and she responded with asking who it was since she didn't recognize my number. All that means is that she deleted the messages between us and has no plans of refunding me the money for the washer. Honesty, it is NOT that difficult to mail a $5 bill to someone. I'll be looking for a new laundromat now which is a shame because this one really is nice but I don't appreciate how this...

I came from Jonesborough (25 min drive) to use a washer and dryer to clean a King size over large comforter. When I came in I was totally impressed how nice it was! Compared to the laundromats in Jonesborough which are so poorly runned down I was extremely impressed with Old Stage Wash House. If you have anything to be cleaned stop by to use their facilities you won’t be disappointed. Well cleaned bathrooms and laundromat is very nicely cleaned. They also have credit card on washer and dryer to use if you don’t have change. Be aware there’s an extra $3.00 charge to use. There was no sign to say an extra charge would be used if you chose to use the credit card option. I found that out after looking at my account. Other than that Old Stage Wash House is a nice place to do...
