The staff didn't pressure me when I walked in the store. They answered questions when I asked them, and were able to get an email out to me with some detailed options for ordering a daybed. They said it would be ordered and I'd be notified when it came in, within 10-14 days. Everything was as they said it would be and they exceeded expectations--even giving me a discount the day before it was to go into effect. I bought a beautiful day bed, customized it and ordered it, and also a very large dresser they had on their floor. They delivered exactly when they said they were going to, assembled the bed in an extremely professional manner, and got the dresser up to exactly the location I wanted on the second floor. Andy's is way better than going online--go to these guys for local shopping, they get the job done professionally and are courteous to talk to. I would recommend them time...
