Not exactly exited about the “return/refund policy”. I had a dress that I paid a deposit on less than a month ago. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am no longer in need of the dress and the return/refund policy on layaways that is posted in the store is NOT what was honored. If memory serves correctly, the sign at the cash wrap stated within 30 days, a refund would be issued. However when I called, she told me I would forfeit my deposit. Not good moral if you ask me.
