The Forest Apartments — Local services in Greensboro

Lived here for 3 1/2 years. The apartments are in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. Martha, the leasing manager, is a very sweet lady.

The conditions of the apartments have consistently gone down since I first moved in and the rent has gone up every year since 2013. No new amenities or upgrades (besides new privacy fences but they were well overdue). We no longer have access to the pool because of maintenance issues. And the riff raff is really bringing the atmosphere down.

In my lot a man works on cars, a neighbor never has his huge pit bull on a leash (even though I've never had any issues with the dog it's still off putting), and it usually takes multiple calls to have maintenance come do a patchwork job (when they do come).

These apartments are not kid friendly I lived there for six years and gotten nothing but complaints. If you have small children don't come here. Don't move here, not a good experience from day one. Having an emergency in your apartment means absolutely nothing to management. Advertising beautiful apts which is false advertisement.
