This place deserves zero stars if possible don’t think it’ll be a great option if you are a female especially a smaller female. You will be degraded the worst and told that you can be a janitor for them. Even tho I have two years of welding experience under my belt from the schooling I did. I went in for orientation got my tools and then we met with Tim and he looked me up and down with disgust and was rude and asked why the hell I was there. They told me I could not be a helper because “I’m too tiny and they don’t think I could lift 100 pounds” but yet when I did get in the shop for five hours no one in that shop lifted anything over 100 pounds there was over head lifts and forklifts etc. Even my supervisor James said they was lying to me. But yet they have workers who have back braces on that’s a problem they have one with Tourettes that’s definitely not a good idea. They have one working with a knee brace because he dosent have cartilage in his knee or something so if he falls someone has to help him back up. Let’s not mention the one always high at work. And then instead of them terminating me they made it to where I “missed” ex amount of days then took me out of the system so it seemed like I was fired. The people in the shop was good.But Tim,Jennifer Flowers with Hr and Brett with Hr was the rudest and most ignorant people there when it came to me. Would never recommend this crooked work place all they do is lie. Let’s not to mention they do not have a “weight limit” limit of what you will be “lifting”...

They DO NOT pay enough for any job there welders are way under paid and they fired me for taking off sick and then took the money out my last check for the tool that was still in the shop and now they will not release my tool box to me it's been 2 months and I still don't have my tool box so now I'm working on getting a lawyer to see if I can get my...

My experience with this company was AWFUL!!! NO ONE ever answers the phone...and when you leave a message, no one EVER returns your call! I will NEVER do business with this company again! I would have put 0 stars but it would not allow the post without at least...
