Never enjoyed shopping at Foodfair, however recently I began to occasionally frequent and have been disappointed by the lack of development over time. Foodfair stores in the area have a history of inconsistent itemized pricing and stocking, which is unacceptable in the year 2025 to need to go back to the register to fix mistakes after checkout so often. I also have a problem with the cleanliness of the dairy and produce sections, and I do not enjoy the selection at the deli. I believe the entire store (mostly all FoodFair stores) need a deep cleaning; the stores are nasty. The store app, coupon system, and online shopping are poorly constructed and difficult to use. I felt on multiple occasions employees were bothered by any of these types of services and it didn’t matter if any of these services actually operated or not. It made shopping here even worse and more stressful because of the difficulty with both the operation of these types of services and the employee performance. If the girls in that deli moved their hands and feet as fast as they did their mouths then people wouldn't have to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get some lunch meat. But today was the cherry on top when I ask Kayla to cut me a pound of honey ham shaved and that girl couldn't have a thought in her head other than when she's going to get a customer she can flirt with because that seems to be the only she is proficient in.
