I love to shop here because they have so many items I like and the costs are usually cheaper than anywhere else in the area. I almost feel like I used to as a child looking thru the Sears Wishbook.
My only negative experiences have been customer service and housekeeping. Three of the past four times I've been in the men's restroom, the with toilet seats and inside the toilets were nasty and the trashcan was running over with trash.
I've received poor customer service from a few individuals. I've asked for help a few times and although I got what I needed, the employees gave a distinct impression that they didn't want to be bothered by me. Also, there's at least one lady regularly working the cash register that I can't recall ever greeting me as I checked out. No hello nor thanks as she only gives me the total cost. She may be a friendly person, but I can't tell from the way she interacts with me and other customers I've seen...
Read moreI went to Agri Supply to purchase a truck toolbox. The toolbox on display was damaged. I was sent to back of store to find one in the box not damaged. Associate helped me and said there was one left. Walked to front of store to pay and get P.O. for pickup. When I was finally let in roll up door, I was informed that the last one was damaged as well. Told I could purchase at half price, however, it wasn't the box I had asked for. Told me the one I wanted was in stock and i would have to go back to front of store and exchange. After going up front and exchanging, walked to back of store again and Associate had box on dolly waiting for me. Loaded on truck and left store. When I got home I opened tailgate to discover that I was given the wrong toolbox again! This time box was to short. I'm not sure anyone ever heard what I said or wanted and not sure they cared! Now I have to keep up with this huge box until Monday so...
Read more(Update, Finally got my refund after this review. )Really bad experience. Ordered a product, product that arrived was not the one described. Called customer service and was asked to send pictures of the product. Customer service agreed it wasn't the right product. I was told that the warehouse manager would contact me about the product. Talked to him. He asked me to send pictures. I did. He agreed the product was wrong and said he would refund my money and keep the product I had for the inconvenience. I told him I wanted to send the product back but he said no, it's ok, keep it. 4 weeks later after talking to customer service and being told that a refund was issued, I still don't have my money and had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
