Service was friendly, but tried to urge us into buying right then, tomorrow was to late. Not very knowledgeable. Ran credit and Bank information, to setup automatic withdrawal and to make sure, credit was good and I qualified, then suddenly later that evening, 5 hits on my bank and credit report. Once we decided to not buy, they were extremely rude and was pushing us out the door. Beware of this place. Shady things going on there. Dealt with Mario.

Update.... Mario reached out to me, to ask about this review. He kept saying that he didn't treat us bad and wasn't rude. Didn't get our information, and didn't share it, and goes on. Tells me he has camera footage of it and can prove his innocent. Wouldn't let us talk, kept talking over us and got louder as the phone call went on. So I say to you Mario, prove you're innocent, by playing the video footage..... Something is not right about this place, just feels shady. That's just my opinion, but I'll never...

Mario is absolutely a cut above the rest when it comes to his customer service & professionalism. When we had our bedroom redone, one of the recommendations for the particular bedroom set we had ordered was to use a low profile box spring, something I never actually knew was a thing. Unsurprisingly though Mario, knew all about it & even took the time to educate us while offering other suggestions we may enjoy. Ultimately we went with the low profile box spring, he had it in stock & the prices were unbeatable compared to local competitors. Quality as well is superb. We definitely intend on utilizing Boxdrop in Greenville for all of our mattress needs in addition to referring those in the market to ensure they receive the best service without being financially ripped off.
