Was able to get a specific type of processor I couldn't find anywhere else, it was shipped out within 2 days of ordering (so don't expect to get things in a rush).

After I got the cpu I found my mobo was actually bad so I had to return the CPU, I was worried because of how their are inconsistencies with their return policy (some areas it says returns for store credit only, others it says just a restocking fee). I was pleased that I was able to return the cpu and just pay a restocking fee.

This seems like a "Mom & Pop" size operation, I was able to just give them a phone call to ask about my order and actually spoke with the owner.

I ordered a CPU on 07/07/2020, got a shipped notification email on 07/08/2020. Still has not been received by USPS and no one from TX Micro will respond to my messages through their website, or to any voice-mail I have left on the number provided on their site, which goes straight to voice-mail.
