I brought my service dog there the other day and they kicked me out after refusing to show proof of my service dog which the law states that you do not have to show them your documents for a service dog. The outcome was me and my girlfriend getting arrested for not complying which is not against the law then we were takes by local police thrown in jail for two days in which they showcased Teresa ability not follow standard police protocol my advise to anyone who was trying to go there is to have personal security along with a legal team so that you don't have to pay thousands of dollars. In which in my case I am in the process of suing them for all of our damaged brought on by the trop casino, the police department and the Sherriffs...

To be honest I do not really understand why they are so rude and unprofessional at this casino. It goes against common business sense entirely. The staff there is extremely rude when they could be, and should be overly Pleasant and accommodating to each and every one of their guests if they want to maximize profits.

It's really quite ridiculous how rude the employees are. I would not say that they were trying to be that rude. However I would say that they spend zero effort and training their staff on how to treat them in order to maximize prophet.

There's literally nothing about thia place that makes you feel comfortable or makes you think that it's a solid run business....

It's frustrating to think about stopping by for jus a bit when you need a card have to stand in a line for 15 minutes cause only one lady at cage is working. However places for at least three others.??? Hummmm y they should be wanting to get the people money. Quicker you get a card, quicker you lose your money!!! I have never jack potted at the trop . Never in all my 12 years of faithfully going. It's a drive to get there then the cage hasels, then can't get ahead or get enough wins to play for a while. ...
