Horrible. This place should be closed down. Old expired molded food on shelves. It hurt my heart to see the quality of food that is given to my people in the delta. The fact that the management first refused to give me a refund. There was nothing on the receipt saying they didn’t take returns, I express this to the manage and he tells me it’s on the door; there wasn’t a sign on the door. The manager who’s attitude by far was the worse I’ve ever encounter in retail manager position should not be a manager. After refunding me my money for the ice cream that was liquid water and milk separated, he had the nerve to come over to me and invade my person space to tell me “I didn’t have to return your money”. Unfortunately it is the only Big Star grocery chain left in the city. It's a good hike to get to this store because it is located on the eastern edge of the city limits. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also put a competitive weekly sale flyer in the local paper.
