
We discovered this mountain by accident and fell in love with it. It's not the tallest mountain, but it's got enough vert. Its main lift is a double, but it moves quickly enough and we barely experienced lines even during February break. But it's a wonderful mountain. It's the rare mountain with friendly people that's staffed and skied by locals. It's not a corporate behemoth selling you $5 coffees and $15 beers and $20 chicken fingers. It's just a fun and friendly place to ski.
And the ski school is fantastic! Really can't speak highly enough about it. We put the kids (age 4, 7, and 10) in hour long lessons and they improved more in one than in probably 3-5 of the day-long lessons the big corporate mountains make you take.
