Not sure if we just have a bad stylist or the (poor) service is typical of this location. My last appointment - Arrived on time with my son. Amber was finishing up with client/friend. Proceeded to have 30 minute conversation with friend (no exaggeration). Was not like the friend was a chatterbox. Amber kept the conversation going without a care in the world. "So whats your sister doing now" you know - mindless gossip. The appointment after us arrived and he started waiting with us as the stylist finally ended her conversation and cleaned her station for our appointment. I was going to leave without haircuts but being the only other person it seemed like she may wind things up. Plus I didn't want to burn bridges for my wife.. Instead we have never returned. Clearly she is too busy for us!

My wife was also a customer but after multiple late appointments and a cancelation (that was never rescheduled) my wife too has realized there are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS...

Amber and Jess did my wedding hair, along with hair for all of my bridesmaids and I could not rave about them enough! I am from out of town, so I truly took a shot in the dark, knowing nothing about them. I saw reviews online and that they'd done other weddings, and I'm so glad I went with them! Amber is incredible to communicate with, and the sweetest human. We all loved our hair styles so much, felt so beautiful, and got tons of compliments! Thank you for helping to make my wedding day...

My daughter Nycole usually does my hair and she is awesome. She just had a new baby and mama needed hair done . Amber stepped in to save the day and she did an amazing job as well. I wouldn't trust anyone or any place except Split Ends. Once you go there you will never go elsewhere.
