Way too slow took almost 6 weeks to get vehicle done. Should not have taken that long to do what they did. Checked with another mechanic and it should not have taken more than a week. They were very friendly but did not communicate very well. When we got it back it was still having the problem that we took it in for after having lift put on. We took to another place and they told us what is was. We pretty much had a hint at what it was and we are not certified mechanic as they blame to be. I think they bit off more then they could chew and should stick with tires. Not at all happy! The work you did was not that custome except for lift but should not have taken 5 weeks to install. Also the other work was not that difficult and parts were not that hard to get. Took you almost 6 weeks to change out differential, vvt valves and brake booster and still not right. I think you should stick to tires that’s what you do best. We bought a standard 6” lift kit that did not need extended parts it was not a custom job! Having to take to another garage to...

I WOULD NOT recommend this tire shop AT ALL!!! I went there for an oil change not only did it take forever, but they overpriced me! But what’s worst of all is they told me I needed a new part for my truck, and I’m not talking about an easy fix part, I am talking the part was over $500 + So I trusted them to order the part, in the meantime, I took it to another shop to get a second opinion, and guess what…. They said there wasn’t nothing wrong with that part whatsoever!! I’m glad I got that second opinion or I would’ve been out $500 + If they’re doing this to an old man, I can only imagine what they’re doing to women. It’s sad that people have to go through this....

Personnel was extremely helpful. They do more than just tires. They also do light mechanical work as well. Price for work done seems to be a bit higher than most. But they will work with you. Credit is available through a "Car Care Credit Card" that they will help you obtain. Makes it nice when you need a new set of tires, but couldn't afford before. I am a...
