The Muddy Pearl — Local services in Grove

After reading reviews I am HIGHLY disappointed with my recent experience at The Muddy Pearl. I spent approximately 30 minutes walking the entire store, browsing the merchandise. My intention was to purchase some items, as this was the place I was told to go to buy them. The ENTIRE time I was in this store, not one person greeted me or asked if there was anything I needed help. I even stood in front of the items I wanted to buy for at least 10 mins, trying to figure out what to get, still no assistance. I was the ONLY customer in the store and there were two employees. Another customer came in later, whom they did greet. As I made my way out, again silence. No thank you, no come back and see us, etc. I felt so disappointed. I did end up purchasing what I needed at another store that same day. Perhaps, The Muddy Pearl is thriving so well that my business is nothing. Its so important to keep it local and support grove, and that includes our small local business. This is one less business I won't be returning to, over something as small...

Such a cute little boutique! In case you haven’t been there in a while, they are downtown now. You can get an outfit for everything from the gym to date night. Beautiful store full of up to date fashion designs and home decor! This little store has all you can ask for. And the bonus is, if you're hungry, one of the BEST restaurants in town is literally around the corner. I highly suggest taking yourself to Annie's Galleria where you can shop, get your hair done, nails, a massage, a coffee, and the best soup and sandwich you'll ever eat!
