This review has taken us about 6 months to write as we wanted to make sure everything was good and secure. It was and still is!

We needed to renovate our Master Bathroom from the inside to the outside. We needed one that could accommodate my husband who needed some assistance and stability, yet modern and beautiful enough for all situations.

After working with Corey and his team to redo our deck the year before, it was easy to entrust this project to L’Italien Interior Designer Lisa L’Italien. Lisa was amazing from start to finish. She was patient, honest and listened to what we wanted and needed. One great aspect was she always had suggestions but always said that it’s what we like and want. We also went to various stores to look at tile combinations, fixture styles, color combinations and design samples. Lisa would be at the store with the various tile combinations already together based on our desired color and potential shape. She would change things around or add another style if we wanted a different set-up. Again – she was patient and just wanted to make sure we liked our final choice. The result – beautiful, modern, and functional in all aspects. Because this project pretty much occurred during the summer, schedules and appointments were adjusted as needed. It was no problem from either of us.

Long story, excellent work from the start with Corey and his team doing the demo, Lisa organizing and designing, to the combination of Lisa and Corey and their team putting the finished project together. A wonderful team to work with. You can’t go wrong with L’Italien Home Renovation & Design.

We needed to get our deck railings replaced, as with any project I get 3 estimates. Corey was the 1st one out and explained to the wife and I our options, and timetable. The 2nd Contractor out was a lot less money but didn't explain anything and if I awarded him the job, I feel he would have become a Magician and would have disappeared. The 3rd Contractor came out and did explain everything, but gave a very high estimate which I call a gravy bib, if they get the job they make a big profit. The bottom line for me was Corey explained everything and gave us a timetable and price we could work with. His crew was meticulous and left the job site cleaned up at the end of every day. I entrusted a very important shower reno for my son to L'Italien Home Renovation and Design and I could not be happier! From my initial email straight through to the last step, Lisa kept an open line of communication explaining when/how everything would progress, who to expect at the house each day and willingly answered all of my first time reno questions without hesitation.
