Center Theatre — Local services in Grundy Center

This is by far the best movie theater I've ever attended. My rating is not only based on price, but it's based on cleanliness (very clean establishment), customer service, and ease of getting in the theatre (lines) to finding your seat. This theatre has been around for some time and gives you the feel like your taking a walk through the past. The staff are absolutely amazing. They're on their game, getting people through the line and giving them great tasting popcorn and ice cream at a price that ANYONE can afford. It's so nice to be able to finally take my kids to a movie that doesn't break the bank, as well as not having to "sneak" snacks in because the concessions are too expensive. Great theater for a really cheap price. Came all the way from Waverly to check it out and wasn't not disappointed. Spent about 20 dollars for tickets and snacks for me and my kids. Which is about a 1/3rd of what it would have cost to go to Cedar Falls or Waterloo. Will definitely be coming back. The theater was very clean and the workers very friendly. Not to many small movie theatre around anymore and we are very fortunate to have one in are smaller town. I highly recommend anyone around are area to go to this movie theatre to help support and keep doors open as prices are super cheap for families compared to huge movie theatre and snake and drinks are super reasonable as well.
