We had Corn Crib Creations cater a Pipeline Association training meeting. Let me tell you the brisket was spot on! Perfect bark, perfect smoke ring, flavorful and nice cuts. The mash potatoes well they were by far the best mash potatoes I have had in years. Flavorful and the perfect consistency and texture. I know why get into the inter workings of the potatoes, because they were that dang good!!!! Also had a fresh fruit salad that was very good. The grapes were crisp and fresh, the cantaloupe and pineapple all spot on. The honeydew melon was a little ripe and soft, but it was over shadowed by the rest of the fruit that was very good. For desert there was a blonde brownie. They were soft and delicious. Over all I would give 10 stars if Google allowed 10 stars on the items mentioned above.
