Wondering why there are no programs for assistance with spay and neuter of pets. You would think that controlling the population of stray animals would assist in the reduction of animals, which would decrease the cost of animal control to house stray and unwanted animals. Unwanted animals are euthanized after 14 days in a shelter if not sooner depending on age and health. Especially females. Tired of seeing animals dumped on the roads?
