My aunt is currently in this facility for second time. You call to speak to a patient and it sometimes takes hours to reach her. They have 1 phone to use between all the patients.After days of trying to get a hold of my aunt a patient answered phone. She informed me that she had the patients phone for over and hour now and couldn't get a nurse to come and pick it up. Several families trying to reach their loved ones and can not because someone isn't capable of retrieving the phone. this is 2018 and a facility that can not add phones to a room Each wing should have a phone if they can not afford phones a phone for every room. My mom is there now and I'm disappointed in how they give her medicine. She doesn't even know what they giving her. No one will tell her. She was supposed to be in rehab not where she's at now.
