Mangilao Thursday Night Market — Local services in Guam

I really enjoy going here. Lots of free parking, great selection of vendors selling local food like keleguen, pickled papaya, mango , eggs and other favorites. There is always a good choice of bbq stalls and the famous Kenny's fried chicken and onion rings! Just thinking about them is making me hungry! And ofcourse vendors selling clothing, toys, collectibles and even locally hand made jewelry. I highly recommend going early, like 4:30 or 5:00 because things sell out...

Was bummed out that our favorite soups and Ahu vendor didn't make it in the stormy downpour islandwide. I had to improvise and buy our dinner from other vendors and they weren't as good as Roy's. Hopefully, we get to purchase from him this week. We rated his corn soup, ahu and chalakilis soup as best ever in flavor and texture. Located by the Catholic church across the street from the Mangilao community center, this market is a mini version of Wednesday night's Chamorro Village only without the performances. There were plenty of food and merch vendors but I unfortunately did not get to sample any due to it being cash only....
