DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called “flower shop” is the most unprofessional, incompetent, and downright dishonest business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a special occasion, paid a hefty price for it, and guess what? The flowers NEVER ARRIVED.

I called, emailed, and even tried contacting them through their website—radio silence. When I finally got someone on the phone, they gave me the most pathetic excuse I’ve ever heard (“Oh, we had a mix-up with deliveries”—yeah, right) and promised a refund. Spoiler alert: I NEVER GOT IT.

To make matters worse, when I left a message asking about my order again, they had the audacity to block my number! What kind of business does that?! Their customer service is a complete joke, their delivery is nonexistent, and their management must be run by a bunch of con artists.

I’ve never been so furious over a simple flower order, but when you’re paying for something that never shows up and the company refuses to acknowledge it, that’s outright theft. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this scam operation unless you enjoy throwing your money into a black hole and getting absolutely nothing in return.

Absolute garbage business—I hope...

I ordered this bouquet a full week in advance, expecting a fresh and vibrant arrangement. Instead, I received flowers that were clearly past their prime—some with bruised petals, droplet marks, and curling edges. For $105.93, I expected quality, but what I got looked as if it had been sitting for days before being picked up.

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that I planned ahead to ensure freshness. If I wanted wilted flowers, I could have picked them up at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. I regret trusting this service and will not be ordering again.

Highly recommend for out of state Puerto Ricans looking for efficiency in floral arrangements (i.e funerals). We had to navigate multiple logistics on casket open and closed, a modular approach, customizations, specifications on flowers .... and they delivered BEFORE time, took pictures off and on funeral site. Honest to goodness ... it was more than luck - they have an exemplary team with the highest levels of professionalism. If I could hand out more stars - I would. Thank you again so much for all your patience and such...
