I can't advise using this place. I had a simple issue of needing my fans replaced. I should have done it myself, but didn't think I had time. Now,what was a 1TB hard drive has become a 500g. I still have the box and paperwork that came with this original MSI gaming VR laptop. Now it won't run the games that I play, hell it has a hard time opening Google. Use them if you will, just don't expect to get your equipment back as it should be. I didn't, didn't think I had to check up on them, heard good reviews, etc. Lies. If you have low expectations or just don't know how to check or don't really give a crap, this is your spot. Im sure they'll have some kind of reason for swapping out my hdd for some spare they had lying around that got mixed up, yada yada bullshit. Im just stating facts. Absolutely amazing! I went there yesterday because my newly built Rig suddenly stopped turning on after a month. I worried it might have been something bad, or a malfunctioning part. It turns out it was a tiny screw on the motherboard, the simplest thing i would have never thought of, but they figured it out within 1 business day and got this baby right back home to me in such a quick time i couldn't even look twice!
