Psychotic Modifications — Local services in Gun Barrel City

Beware of this place. I can't speak much on the cosmetic upgrades they do. However, I had a complete AC system replaced with these people. They did horrible work and left me stranded. I took my car back to get it fixed and they refused to honor the warranty and took my car to Christian brothers without telling me. My car sat at Christian brothers for a week before I found out.

After paying these people, I was forced to pay Christian brothers as well.

Now, over a year later, I am having to replace everything again at a different shop.

I'm giving 3 stars because I didn't give them much time to do the job, Owner was nice, and they fixed my original issue. But they left studs rattling around the interior of my trim to where I had to take it to my regular mechanic to fix. 7 plastic fasteners for the interior trim are either missing or broken, maybe they lost it maybe they didn't but they could have let me know. They also didn't secure another piece of trim connecting the spoiler, easy to fix but not good attention to detail. Also one guy moving the cars was super annoying, we get that you're busy, I'm just there to drop off/pick up my stuff and get out of there. I don't know if I would/would not recommend this shop, just not a good...

I believe a 4 star was fair for the job. Despite a couple of unforseen issues, Brandon was always willing to answer the phone if I had a question which was great and tells me, dude was willing to go above and beyond. Issac did a really good job installing the star lights and did it very fast. A bit of advise to the consumer..don't plan something like this, days before a trip. I think it puts unneeded pressure on them to finish faster.
