This course is beautiful and very fun to play. This was my third time. Having said that, I did not have a good experience this time. Paid 70 for Green fee with cart. I was informed when I made the tee time it would be most likely cart path only. The cart paths seem to have a different elevation than the fairways, so after 5 holes of climbing up and down in hot weather I had to stop. I went back to the pro shop and told them I couldn't manage the course like I hoped. I'm 60 and have a heart condition. They gave me a rain check that expires in a month. I vacation here twice a year. Looks like I'm out the 70 bucks. Every rain check I have ever received at any course I have ever played was either good for a year or at least till the end of the season. I love the course, but I probably will...

This is a great, tough course. Fall golf is an additional challenge trying to find the errant ball that ventures into the leaf filled rough.

Lots of water and a layout with lots of elevation changes requires you to do more than just grip it and rip it. You need to be accurate on several tee and approach shots to keep par as an option.

The club house and staff are great. Call ahead and your turn at 9 will be quick. Strongly recommend the bloody Mary to calm nerves going into the back 9.

My buddy from Washington state definitely wants to come back before the dog days hit and...

What a beautiful golf course. Starting at the driving range overlooking Lake Guntersville, then hole number 2 on the hill looking down into the valley. Hole 3 beautiful little par 3 hole surrounded by water on 3 sides. Hole 4 first part 5 (513 yrds) from back tees. Hole 5 par 3 hitting from raised tee box over a lake to a large heavily undulating green. Hole 7 need a great tee shot, over water all up hill. Hole 8 will break your heart. From tee to waters edge 220 yrds, then you must position a shot about 150 to 125 from green the next shot has to be perfectly placed on the...

We enjoyed the convenience of cart rental, with cooler and complimentary ice. We had some time before our tee time, and we're able to get some practice swings at the driving range. There is a practice putting green also, but we did not have time to stop there. The course was magnificent and incredibly challenging and fun. There were lots of hills, the cart path was clear, and the other golfers were friendly. There is a confusing split at the 7th hole, but thanks to a couple of other golfers, we found our way.

I have played this course 2x over the past few weeks. Staff is very warm, clubhouse/pro shop is well stocked. Prices are very reasonable, the course is not just BEAUTIFUL but very well maintained. Carts all seem new and in great shape. I haven’t played anywhere else since moving to the area but like they say, when you find your car keys, do you keep looking for them? Can’t wait until the early fall when the humidity breaks! See you again soon

A fun track perched on the edge of the Tennessee River. The amount of undulation on through the course is astonishing. Four great par threes, with island greens, carries over valleys, makes for a unique experience. The greens were in great shape and rolled true. A few low areas had standing water but based on how much rain there has been this winter its hard to complain. A must play if you are in the area.
