To rent the place, it's less than 1000. I think he said 8 to 900. For a wedding it's between 1100 and 1300. They set up decorations, tables, etc. Afterwards, they will do the cleanup. It's kind of small, but if you're throwing a b day party or having a small ceremony, this is a great place. Only real complaint I had was the bathroom door was hard to...
