Great little store. We sadly never had time to go to the local restaurants, but ToshCo had plenty of food to get us through the week. I honestly thought the prices were great. ... better than many vacation towns in the lower 48, honestly. The produce was probably not ideal, but it didn't scare me. I had some fine tasting peaches, pears, and cherries. The biggest downside is that the food appears to be bought from Costco, so there are a lot of bulk sized items that are not ideal for vacationers. Some of the bulk stuff is opened up so you can take the smaller packages inside the bulk boxes.    Read moreThis is a main stay and life line for Gustavus. These folks didn't know me from Adam, but surely went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. They have all yhr basics AND many of the more advanced items one could need from basic consumer goods and groceries to hardware, nuts and bolts, engine fluids, paints, building hardware and tons of other things all for a fair price given the location and the trouble one would go through to get these items on your own.
