I see Dr. Ashley Kaatz here and she is absolutely amazing. She answers my questions and always provides information when I need it and if she's not sure about something she will look it up on the spot. I struggled with chronic back pain for 5 years and she was the first to do testing and figure out what was causing it and a solution to help alleviate it. I love seeing her and always feel welcomed by her. If I have any concerns about my health and ask about testing, she is always more than willing to order the testing. I feel as though she is right on top of my health with me and I don't ever worry about my care not being met by her.

On the other hand, I did see Dr. Rao once while Dr. Kaatz wasn't in and he was incredibly rude, very short with me and I barely had a chance to explain what was going on before he'd cut me off. When he'd ask me a question I could barely say anything before he'd cut me off again. I also know that they have a list of allergies on the paper they have and also on the computer and he still prescribed me a medication I'm allergic to and when I tried to get ahold of anyone about it, I never heard anything back and ended up making an appointment to see Dr. Kaatz anyways who resolved the problem.

As for the actual office, I get very frustrated as I can almost never get ahold of anyone in the front office, and when I've gone in, there are multiple people there. It can take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour to get anyone to actually pick up which drives me absolutely insane. If I feel I need to see Dr. Kaatz that day and they can get me in, I want to be able to do so instead of leaving a voicemail which could take up to 48 hours for them to call me back. With no one actually answering the phones for an hour I just get frustrated and annoyed. I've had back door appointments and you have to call them to confirm that you are there and when it takes 12 or 13 calls I start to worry that maybe they won't pick up and would consider me as a no...

As if the manager actually fields any complaints a phone calls inquiring her to do the job she so insists on. This health center sucks. Outright appalling my child was tricked into getting things done that she was not even aware of. As a parent you are in this tiny community and as far as this review will an can go I highly suggest staying away from this place from shady pharmacy technicians to absolute foul front desk employees to the filthiest exam rooms where your led into a room and the paper table cover that’s disposable every patient is not even changed is outright bad on you. Your Dr rao should have the medical license stripped. Immediately . The young new doctor lady she seems good but if she is this inexperienced as I’ve heard I would never enlist her to oversee my health. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star honestly. They don’t have proper staff set with the doctors such as nurses. When they call your medications into a pharmacy that is not in the doctors office half the time they don’t even call all of them in and they act like it is your fault. Then you have to deal without having those medications because they don’t take the blame for anything.
