My portable generator died during the latest power outage, called LOC and was told to bring it in to see if they could service the generator, then was told by Eric that it was an off brand engine and parts were hard to get, we chatted for a couple of minutes and I explained what was happening with the machine, he said bring it around to the service bay and did some voodoo magic and had the generator up and running in about 10 minutes. When I got it home it ran flawlessly for the for the next 6 hours. Great customer service!! Highly recommended for your outdoor power equipment sales...

Couldn't talk to service man that supposedly worked on blower, cash clerk said wasn't running fast enough rpms. Took to another Steele dealer and said piston is wrecked.
