I was so glad to find Mike in my hometown yesterday morning! It’s so difficult to find a plumber period - much less one you can depend on. I had an emergency plumbing problem, and he took care of it quickly and professionally . He responded promptly to my call, and he was here to repair the issue within an hour. He was very professional at explaining the issue and taking care of it. I also liked that he included updates via text about arrival time, and he had my invoice to me instantly by email. UPDATE: The septic was full. The line had to be flushed also. Mike came over to check out my bathtub clog. He used a drain snake, but the water wouldn't budge and the snake came back fairly clean. He suggested I have the sewer line cleaned and the septic emptied if it's been a long time since it was done last. I called the last man that emptied the septic before - it's been about 25 years since it was done last. Great advice. Mike is very polite and efficient....
