I reached out to Diane because I saw her reviews and it caught my eye. I called on 02/19/23 when they were open and was told she wasn't there, she was in Ohio, but they would give her my number. She texted me that the reception keeps going in and out, so she would text me for that night. She never did. She also stated the next day we could speak on the phone. The next day I texted her at 3:00 p.m. and asked are we still able to talk today? We finally spoke at 5:00 p.m. on 02/20/23. I'm fine with speaking at this time, but she never communicated what time she would call that day. This is the only time we talked on the phone. I always had to text her first. She agreed to send me some options. Two days later, I reach out to her and ask if she's going to send options? Her response was, "Hi...I did not get to the new requests because of some issues that came up with clients traveling next week. Today I had to prepare packages for travelers that are going out this weekend. I got backlogged because of the two funerals I had last week and an excessive amount of travelers." I have told Diane before that if she was too busy to let me know, so that I can have notice and find someone else. Diane said she would look into dude ranches in Arizona for us. She said she was happy to do it. That was on 02/28/23. On March 2nd, I texted her again to thank her and was excited for Arizona. She never looked into it and never messaged me again. On March 19th, I see Diane's facebook post of being in Arizona on vacation. I commented on her facebook post and stated she never got in contact with me. Her response was, "sometimes things fall off the radar with the high demand of travel right now & an upcoming peak travel week for Spring break. Following up is acceptable & a nice "gentle reminder" when things are so busy. I would be happy to help if it is still needed when I get back from Arizona." I always messaged her first and gave up when I did not hear back. I'm not going to harass someone to do their job. If you want to then do it, but if you are unable, it is your responsibility to communicate that. I did not respond to her facebook comment. She emailed me saying she was very busy with her March trips for Spring Breakers and the same excuses of being "backlogged". I replied explaining how I am understanding to those circumstances, but that she never follows up with me. Always reaching out to her first. She responds that she cannot be my travel agent then. She hasn't been a travel agent this whole time, just playing phone...

2023 Review Diane and her team post frequent video reviews on Facebook of tours of new cruise ships, resorts, disney, and amazing adventures in USA, Carribian, and internationally. She adds her personal reviews and shares her personal experiences which makes you feel like you've been traveling with her! We have picked 2 trips based off these travel posts and have been more than satisfied. We just returned from NCL Prima cruise out of New York to Bermuda. We would have never chosen Bermuda if it weren't for Diane's personal trip videos and tour of this new type of ship. Bermuda is now our top beach in the world we have visited (Tortola is our second favorite). Diane always gives her "Diane Difference" where she prearranged special touches before and thoughout our trip as we were celebrating a special 20th wedding anniversary and traveling with our two teens. We are always impressed with her tips and tricks and she always gets us better pricing than what we would have gotten on our own. We are loyal customers and I have already booked a group trip to Iceland in Nov 2023!

2014 Review Diane @ Escapes for Everyone makes it look so easy. We've used her many times and she is my families ONLY travel service we use. She takes the time to get to know you, what you like/don't like, kids preferences, special occasions and always hits on target. Besides my mothers gazillion cruises she has booked through Diane, my family took our first Disney Fantasy cruise this past February and LOVED LOVED it! We then did a family reunion/girl trip to Canada out of Boston this July 4, and again, outdid herself! Tiny perks make a difference: Door decorations, bus trip goodies and entertainment to name a few.
