The worst! I sent in 2 gold necklaces and 1 gold bracelet for repair Jan 4. I was told that the repair guy would be in vacation that coming Tue and it may take longer than usual and she would call me when it's ready. Today is Feb 13 and I've never gotten a call. I wanted to check in and see what is up, this woman NEVER answers her phone. And this is the phone number she wrote down on my repair ticket. My bf had free time so he went there to check - the whole vibe was as if I never sent in anything for repair! She said she will contact her repair guy and call us back. It's already 4:20pm. She closes ar 5. I try to call again several times. NO ANSWERS. We are working class! We work the whole day. We do not have the time or energy to go there everytime to check! This business is the worst! At this point I just want my jewelry back but NO ONE IS...
