I am not someone from this area but living here over the past year I have adjusted to the Customer service but, I still expect a level of honesty. I was looking for ribeye steak and went to get some. I was informed that they have delmonico steak and it's the same as ribeye cut. It may include ribeye in it but it is not a pure ribeye cut. The first lady when I qustion it said " it's been called that forever or at least since I have worked here." As if I have been a shopper their for years. When I informed her I was not a frequent flyer their. She said Oh.... She then spoke to another lady passing me off and running on break without a customer service transition. I degress from my main point the bottom line they are marketing a cheaper piece of meat as pure ribeye when it includes inferior meat in it and the price was 17 a lb in line with pure ribeye cuts. Their coolers are also leaking which I hope they get replaced. Only reason, I give three stars is last experice was great and the New York strips I got are good meat at...

I just went into the establishment and was told to wear a face mask. I nicely explained that I have COPD. The lady stated she didn't care that I needed a mask or leave. According to the CDC, DHHS, etc.those that have health conditions are exempt. What she fails to realize is not only do I have COPD I also have asthma and allergies that interfere with breathing. I do have medical documentation of my health problem s. So to all the lady was rude and etc. If you have health problems don't go to this establishment. I just drove 6 hours to come get my meat here but I did what she said and left with intention of never to return. And to think I come all the way from North Carolina every two months to get my meat here. A horrible experience! We purchased some meat recently including raw chicken wings that smelled so bad when we got home, I am hesitant to even try to cook it. We live ten minutes from this place and had the meat in a cooler, so the transport was not the problem. I would say that the next time, we will smell the meat before we buy it, but since there won't ever be a next time, I simply want to warn others. Beyond the smelly chicken and the over-priced beef, the hostile attitude of the employees also reeked! The prices too are two-to-three times more expensive than any local meat in our markets.
