Read moreUPDATE: After my reviews on FB and Google they reached out in a private message. The manager I spoke with gave me 2 movie tickets and free popcorn. So my husband and I had a date night with a good experience. We will come back again. Thank you!
I tried 4 times to purchase tickets online. After first two tries I called and left a message. Melody or Melany called me back the next afternoon and tried to help me but the seat next to my friends were already sold. I did receive an apology but no offer for free popcorn or anything for my trouble which would have been nice.
Today I tried for the same movie with different day/time twice, even different seats the second time I tried. Once again the message pops up as “Sorry! There was a problem completing your transaction. You’ve been charged, but the payment should be reversed within five business days. If the payment is not reversed within this time, please contact the cinema”. 4 times! I called again and got a call back & they processed it over the phone. Still no offer of something for my troubles.
The icing on the cake as to why I’m giving 1 star is during the middle of the movie a group of kids that work there stood outside the doors (I sat in the very back next to a handicapped spot) and were talking loudly and giggling. I step out of the movie to disturb them hoping they would get the hint. Even bumped one with the door as she was blocking the doorway. They went away shortly after. Then came back 10-15 minutes later doing the same thing!!! I got ticked at this point and opened the door as asked one young man to ask them to keep it down because I’m trying to hear the movie. I am hard of hearing and found that very distracting. Extremely...
Read moreUPDATE: While the facility itself—the seating comfort, picture, and sound quality is excellent, my initial viewing experience was severely compromised by unmanaged, disruptive patrons. However, I am updating this review because management kindly and professionally reached out to address my concerns and ensure a better experience on a future visit. I appreciate their proactive commitment to customer satisfaction. Given this positive engagement, I am adjusting my rating to 4 out of 5 stars for now. I plan to book another night out soon to give the theatre another opportunity and will update this review again after that visit.
My wife and I went to Warehouse Cinemas yesterday to see Black Phone 2. The seats were very comfortable, and the picture and sound quality were excellent. The theater itself was clean and well maintained. So I really wanted to enjoy the experience.
Unfortunately, the entire movie was ruined by a group of kids constantly flashing their phone lights, playing loud meme sounds, and being disruptive on purpose. Several people, including myself, went out multiple times to report it to the staff. While staff did come in about four different times to ask the kids to stop, they never enforced it and the behavior continued throughout the movie.
At that point, the kids should have been removed. I understand giving someone a warning once or twice, but after five interruptions, it completely ruined the experience for everyone trying to enjoy the film.
I hope management takes this seriously because the theater itself is great but without stronger action against disruptive guests, it’s hard to justify...
