The bad reviews really have you worried about coming to some of these places. It was not bad at all the people were really nice and they get you in and out quickly. FCFS they start S/R @07000, stay in your truck @ 🛑 by entrance they will walk out and give you form to fill out delivery or pickup # truck &trailer#, also license plates# for truck and trailer once you’re done pull onto scale get out go to window for instructions go to receiving get your door. Quick unload around 45 minutes. *Also picked up my next load here same process only took them around 15 minutes to load me, they have to get your empty weight going in and your loaded weight coming out. Arrived @ 1145am for a noon appointment finally after 2 1/2hrs got loaded went to scale out n my weight was way over went back they unloaded me sent me back to scale empty again to reweigh me bc sittin there the air n my empty trailer grew n got heavy so I had to b reweighed empty jus to b sent back to be reloaded so I was there 5hrs total jus to get 8rolls of paper, it was all their mistake yet they wanna act lik its ur fault, will never come back to this place my company is very upset n said they will no longer do loads for this place, all in all the supervisor n employees need to be retrained on how to properly load trucks, n read weight, thanks 4 a big waste...

Bad reviews had me on the lookout but I guess I was lucky. When I got to the gate, I was the only one there waiting to check in. Park on the scale and head to the window for the guard shack to fill out their paperwork. As soon as I checked in at the receiving window, they put me on a door and started unloading almost immediately. Plenty of room to get into the docks. Unloaded in less than one hour.
