Haleyville-Sports Complex — Local services in Haleyville

This is a biggy because I don't just give out 5 stars. This place has a lot of positives and few to any negatives. They allow coolers, I always point this out even if it is a given. The bathrooms were really clean and I mean cleaned HOURLY. The park has brand new fields and facility. The parking lot was convenient. The seating arrangement was great, there was plenty of room for people who brought their own chairs and tent to set up shop. Even though this place is off the beaten path for us it is in an ideal location to play team's we normally wouldn't play.Living in extreme North Alabama, it seems to have potential to draw team's from Tuscaloosa and western Mississippi(it's always a plus to see action from new teams).

The only knock I can muster is they could provide a little more shade in areas away from the press box.

In summary, I would highly advise and recommend that if you have a chance to play in a tournament at this park to do it. Great...

I visited the Sports Complex a few days ago to watch 3-4 year olds play tee ball. It was my first visit. I was impressed with the overall layout. It was convenient having the (4) fields located at one place. The concessions was well stocked with variety of selections to choose from but be prepared to wait in line as there was ONLY 2 people working concessions. Not alot of trash strewn about the area with numerous visible trash cans located throughout. Seating limited. I suggest bring your folding chair for maximum comfort. Parking was a breeze accommodating all. If elderly, be prepare walk a distance...

Extremely nice ball park. Clean restrooms, heated and cooled. Very hard rain and the fields looked unplayable, 1 hour later and we were back playing ball. They dont rip you off at the concession stand, very happy with the prices and a good selection. Fields are just far enough apart to where you dont get a lot of foul balls going into the other fields stopping play!! Nice batting cages. Other than wanting to go to other cities every now and then I wish we could play here...
