I had a similar experience to Brittany Shank in the review section. I previously had a 5 star review after my first visit because I loved my hair! I went back 2 more times afterwards and decided to never go back. The second time, my hair went from auburn to BLACK. I figured it would fade, so I just went with it and rebooked for 6 weeks. At the next appt, I expressed the last color was too dark and I needed it lighter. It was black AGAIN. Luckily, the owner had fixed it for me free of charge. But, I had had enough. I always used the same girl and tipped 20% on a $250 "root touch up" (refer back to my rebooking for 6 weeks both times after my first appt). I felt taken advantage of. I was thinking of returning and trying to book with the owner, which brought me back to their review section, but after seeing another poor woman dealing with a darker hair than she requested, I felt compelled to share my experience. And look, it isn't like I expect miracles like making black hair blonde in 3 hours without damage. I just wanted my original color back.

In conclusion, very expensive and maybe not the place for color. Great haircut, the owner will fix mistakes, and they give you wine, which is why this is a 2 star in stead of a 1...

I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review and I was back and forth on weather or not to post this. Ive been here a couple times and love how blonde the girl usually gets my hair, well I guess the usual girl left and I went to a new girl. It had been probably a year since my hair had been highlighted and my roots were growing out but my hair was still blonde from the highlights a year ago. I went in to get highlights asking the girl for ashy blonde or the blondest she could get my hair, When the girl was done my hair I looked in the mirror and all of my hair was brown like my roots, there is no blonde in my hair now, when I told her my hair is all brown now, she said it’s ash blonde. When I showed my friends they all said my hair looks brown not blonde at all, I was so upset I went to the car and started crying..I wish I could post a picture of the before and after. My hair was blonder when I went in and now it’s brown. I guess I’ll look for...
