My now-husband and I got married here in June 2025, and it was absolutely AMAZING—10/10 recommend! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly for my husband and me. Every staff member we encountered truly looked out for us. Matt (the owner), Lory (sales manager), Bianca, and Ellis all played a huge role in making the day so special.
Throughout the planning process, communication was clear and timely. They were always quick to answer our questions and made us feel fully supported every step of the way. The venue staff took care of setting up all of our decor and made sure everything was perfectly in place, which allowed us to just enjoy the day without any stress.
When we arrived, the bridal suite was already stocked with champagne and fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. We loved having a beautiful private room with our own bathroom to use throughout the entire event—it made getting ready and taking breaks during the night so easy and comfortable.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food—both the quality and the quantity. From cocktail hour to dinner, so many people told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The venue itself is stunning—modern, sleek, and beautiful. We had 142 guests and the space felt so comfortable, with plenty of room to dance, eat, and enjoy drinks. The wrap-around balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Even though we had a little misting on our day, the outdoor setup was still beautiful and we captured so many amazing photos on the golf course.
The staff were so kind and attentive, making sure everyone had what they needed. They even made sure I always had food waiting for me in the bridal suite anytime I was in there. The two bars kept things moving smoothly—our guests never had to wait in long lines for drinks.
Even our vendors—photographers, videographers, DJ, and florist—shared how much they enjoyed working with the staff here, which made the entire day flow effortlessly.
There is honestly so much more I could say. It was truly the best day of our lives and we feel so lucky to have gotten married at The Vue. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, we highly recommend them. We would choose them again and again! We only have our sneak peaks back so I added...
Read moreA great experience for the first time playing here. They're definitely investing in this property and it looks amazing so far. Ignore ridiculous comments about the cart paths. Yes they're beat up but because they're doing major improvements with heavy equipment it would just destroy them. Plus, I've never gone to a course to examine the cart paths. The course itself is a great set up. Yes it's hilly but not as bad as you'd think. It has a great mix of difficulty. There are some real risk vs reward holes. After the round we decided on lunch. Bright clean bar area. Friendly staff and the food was great. Definitely get the smash burger. Matt (the owner) came walking through and stopped to talk to us for a few minutes asking how we liked the place and the course. An owner that has his finger on the pulse of his entire place is a great sign. In 3-5 years after everything they're doing is done this will be a legit top notch course and facility. For the negative. Expect a roughly 5 hour round regardless if it's busy or not. We had a 730 time yesterday l. The group in front wasn't slow I think it's just the hilliness of the course but it has some cool views. Overall with good company it's still fun. I fear with all the improvements and things Matt talked about doing they'll price out the local community (which a number of holes run along the backyards) and eventually this may become a semi private course to afford the upkeep. Hopefully not though. Almost 2.5 hours to get here for us but well worth it. We'll come back down in prime season though. Overall it's a 7.5 out of 10,...

Played on December 26th 9am. Two days after snow and heavy rain. The wind is hauling as regular. The course was wet but in great shape for winter condition in CT. Tony Roberto is the man in charge, PGA pro who’s given the task to rescue this degrading course. He is taken, still taking care over grown trees and roots which has caused damage to the fairways and green. They also had provide unnecessary shade to the greens. There is plenty of urgent work completed. But Tony has long path including renovating the club house. The new white sand in traps are in, the grass growing looks healthier and the course has been in better shape then in 10 years. The only part is the wood chips are spread out some courses but that’s understandable when course is getting over hauled The local golfers I played with, are already singing praise. The course design is interesting with elevation changes playing through ledges and hills. Elevation changes makes 160y plays to 190y and then hauling wind that affects the course.. all part of great design. Wind really affect Hole 6, 7, 9, 16, 17 and 18. 7 and 9 reminded me old course which shares greens. Another great move was taking down trees on 18th to risk reward 300yard dog leg left. Lot of work has been performed and lot more work is cut out for Tony. This time he has resources to make right renovation by summer 2022 to a completely new course. I think Tony is the right person to take on this challenge. I am very excited to play renovates course in...
